Customers can cancel their orders within 24 hours of ordering, beyond which
your order might get processed. Cancellation policies & order processing methods

1. Cancellation policy for payments made through 'credit/debit' cards.
- Customers can cancel their orders within 24 hours of ordering, beyond which your order might get processed.
- Customers can cancel their orders by sending email to support@shopatsimba.com or by callings us. Please refer to Contact Us link under Customer Information for our Telephone Number.
- There will be 3% administration charges involved at the time of refund for payments made using credit/debit cards.
- Refund amount will be credited into your credit/debit card within 7 working days from the date of cancellation.
2. Cancellation policy for ‘Account Transfer - NEFT’ payment option.
- Customers can cancel their orders within 24 hours of ordering, beyond which your order might get processed.
- Customers can cancel their orders by sending email to support@shopatsimba.com or by calling us. Please refer to Contact Us link under Customer Information for our Telephone Number.
- There will not be any charges involved for cancelling your orders if you had ordered any product using this payment option.
- Refund amount will be in the form of a cheque directly sent to your address within 7 working days from the date of cancellation.
