1. We were privileged and humbled to contribute Rs.25,000/- to Don Bosco Anbu Illam Social Service Society, Centre For Street and Working Children, 38 G.M Nagar, P.B No.409, Ukkadam, Coimbator - 641 001, Tamil Nadu, India, on behalf of Simba Shopping Pvt Ltd, for conducting Children’s Participatory Mela on 29th Nov 2008, for less priviledged children. More than 600 childrens participated in the Mela. The day was marked by a fancy fete with various kinds of fun stalls and an exhibition on themes of environment, health, child labour and child trafficking. The highlight of the day was the debate on the Influence of Media on Children where the speakers were the children themselves. The celebration was climaxed with a cultural get together of folk dances, singing and a street play. Every child walked away with a gift in remembrance of the day.
2. We were privileged and humbled to arrange lunch & entertainment programs, on 25th Dec 2007, on behalf of Simba Shopping Pvt Ltd, for around 100 mentally challenged children at 'Balavihar', No.10, Halls Road, Kilpauk, Chennai - 600 010, INDIA.
3. Our Business Development Manager was privileged and humbled to provide dinner for around 100 mentally challenged children at 'Balavihar', No.10, Halls Road, Kilpauk, Chennai - 600 010, INDIA on 19th March 2007. The dinner was provided on behalf of Simba Shopping Pvt Ltd.
