    Both International and Indian customers can order their products through this payment option. Currently we support only VISA & MASTER CARDS. We will soon accept other cards.

Note 1: The below disclaimer is applicable only if your Credit/Debit card currency is other than INR (Indian Rupee)

2. Account Transfer [NEFT] - through your Internet Banking facility [only for customers in India]
    Customers can make payment through their internet banking facility which is one of the safest and reliable way of purchasing products. If you are willing to make payment using this option then please follow the procedures mentioned below for a smooth order processing.

• Please transfer the exact Product amount into our bank account using your bank‘s internet banking facility. Our account details are listed below. Please allow minimum of 1 day for the transferred amount to get reflected into our bank account.
• While transferring amount please mention your full name in the remark section. For example your name can be in the following order "‘first name‘ ‘middle name‘ ‘surname‘".
• Finally please do not forget to send an email to support@shopatsimba.com with all the details like your full name, product you would like to purchase, date the transfer was initiated from your bank account, shipping address, billing address (if different from shipping), your mobile phone number, your landline telephone number (if possible), name of the person receiving this product(in case if this is a gift to someone special).
• If possible please mention your Full Name, Product Detail as email‘s subject line.
• Where possible please provide maximum information about the product you would like to purchase. For example product name, product model, product colour (if applicable), product size (if applicable).
• Please be informed that you don‘t need to register with us to purchase products through this payment option. However we would strongly encourage & recommend all our customers to get registered with us.
